Coating
Zinc-Aluminum Coating
RuiXian Surface Treatment uses the German Doerken coating system, a new high-corrosion-resistant coating technology that can replace traditional metal corrosion protection techniques such as rust prevention, hot-dip galvanizing, and electroplating.
The zinc-aluminum coating is a hexavalent chromium-free paint made from a mixture of flake zinc powder and flake aluminum powder, combined with organic or inorganic binders. It can be applied through immersion or spraying. The waste is easy to manage and recycle, reducing environmental pollution. Additionally, the coating prevents hydrogen embrittlement, avoiding the risk of cracking, which is a significant advantage.
Electrodeposition coating E-COAT
Electrodeposition coating is a process used for zinc sheet base coatings, phosphating, or other metal substrates, where a black KTL topcoat is applied. The coating is directly applied to the base coat or untreated substrate (parts) through an electroplating technique.
