- Founded as Yong Fa Metal Enterprise
- Installed the first trivalent chromium zinc plating line
1989
- Renamed as Spring Profit Industrial Co., Ltd.
1990
- Established the first trivalent chromium passivation line
1998
- Installed the first continuous oven

2000s

2003
- Achieved ISO 9001 Certification
- Introduced environmentally friendly Döerken coating technology from Germany
- Installed the first Döerken coating line
- Expanded Victory Plant No. 2
2006
- Certified as a qualified supplier for GMW 3044
- Established the Spring Profit Testing Laboratory
2007
- Achieved ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Certification
- Obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification
2008
- Added an additional Döerken coating line
- Certified for Coventya chemicals
- Established the first Coventya trivalent chromium zinc-nickel plating line
2009
- Obtained ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Quality Management Certification
- Certified for MacDermid Zinklad 250, 1000, and 1000B chemicals, becoming a qualified supplier for Ford Motors
- Installed the first MacDermid Zinklad 250 trivalent chromium zinc plating line

2010s

2010
- Achieved Dun & Bradstreet Certification
- Installed the first Japanese Dip Sol trivalent chromium zinc-tin line
2011
- Introduced the first MacDermid 1000/1000B trivalent chromium zinc-nickel plating line
2012
- Expanded the first plant facilities
2013
- Established the first Coventya trivalent chromium zinc plating line
- Installed continuous dehydrogenation furnace equipment
- Added a MacDermid Zinklad 250 trivalent chromium zinc plating line
- Installed an additional Döerken coating line
2014
- Certified as a qualified supplier for VOLVO Truck
- Certified as a qualified supplier for Audi MGL
2015
- Installed a MacDermid Zinklad 1000/1000B trivalent chromium zinc-nickel plating line
- Secured a government grant for traditional industry technology development
2016
- Added two Döerken coating lines
- Imported German robotic arms
2017
- Established an automated storage system
- Installed a new MacDermid Zinklad 250 trivalent chromium zinc plating line
- Introduced the first MacDermid trivalent chromium zinc-tin line
- Certified as a qualified supplier for GMW 3044, GMW 4700, and GMW 16730

2020s

2020
- Achieved GMW 3359 Certification (Silver + Black certification)
2021
- Inauguration of the Administrative Building
2022
- In 2022, we published our first ESG report. The report was prepared based on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards) Core Option issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board. It also followed the four key principles of the AA1000 Accountability Standards: materiality, inclusivity, responsiveness, and impact. We will continue this effort to provide our shareholders and stakeholders with a deeper understanding of our sustainability practices in environmental, social, and corporate governance.
