X-ray Coating Thickness Tester

The German Fisherscope is a renowned XRF instrument supplier that uses X-ray energy to excite metal elements in a sample, calculating the thickness of metal coatings through a non-destructive testing method. It is suitable for measuring single metals or alloys, providing rapid chemical analysis and continuous control in production lines to ensure high-quality surface treatments.

Atomic Analysis Spectrometer

This instrument uses the absorption of light radiation by specific gaseous atoms to analyze the metal content. With low spectral line interference and high sensitivity, it is used for controlling trace metal content in water quality, optimizing wastewater management.

Automatic Titrator

Using the principle of chemical equilibrium, the titration method is applied to analyze the concentration of acids and bases. This ensures the product has sufficient cleanliness for complete electroplating, while reducing the risk of hydrogen embrittlement. Additionally, redox titration is used to detect impurities in process chemicals, ensuring the quality of electroplating.

It is widely used in the fastener manufacturing industry and aerospace sector. Testing specifications include WZ100, WZ101, DIN946, ISO16047, and other automotive standards. Testing range: M4 ~ M16.
